The culture is so coarsened and kids so desenstitized to violence that schools will probably never again be the safe place they were 20 year ago.  To prevent ugly incidents, bullying, weapons on campus, etc., a key is getting all faculty and staff trained.  A new web site is on line that details a full suite of training programs for educators and local law enforcement.
